The study aims to equip business leaders with valuable insights and actionable strategies to drive sustainable growth, success, and future readiness in the marine industry.

The global survey, conducted in April 2024, collected responses from more than 700 professionals representing a wide array of sectors and disciplines. Additionally, two focus groups held in July 2024 contributed qualitative insights, offering a deeper understanding of the workforce’s needs and expectations.

Beginning October 1, 2024, the study results will be available on the Soundings Trade Only website at www.tradeonlytoday.com/workplace-study. Additionally, the Soundings Trade Only Group will present the study’s findings, at times along with industry leadership panels, at several key industry events: at the IBEX show main stage on Tuesday, October 1 at 4:30 pm, at the METSTRADE show in the USA Connect Lounge on Wednesday, November 20 at 3:30 pm, and at Dealer Week on December 10.
